This chair design is all about stance and simplicity. The angle and shape of the seat encourages a posture of relaxed attention. The legs stand light on their feet in a strong pose, like a quadruped at attention. It is available with a 90% grey wool felt cover. The lounge chair version, pictured here with padding and felt cover (though also available in walnut, without cover) offers a medium relaxed posture which is perfect for reading, and staying awake while doing so. The frames are made from Appleply, a super strong, high quality, LEED certified plywood. We make the curved seats ourselves. Finished with Osmo engineered hardwax oil.
